  2. Which one hurts more if it is late?
  3. The billing fix, because customers feel it daily.
  4. And the other one is the quarterly summary?
  5. Which nobody reads until the following Monday.
  6. Then billing first, and the summary slips a week.
  7. Can it slip a week without somebody noticing?
  8. A few days quietly, but not a whole week.
  9. Then I aim for Monday and warn them early.
  10. Warn them today, while the room is calm.
  11. Will you back me up in the meeting?
  12. I will, and the billing numbers come with me.
  13. Those numbers make the case better than I do.
